Welcome to Novi AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Novi AI website, applications, and related products and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are fully responsible for all content submitted to Novi AI. 2. Content that undermines the stability of the system or service Contains viruses, malicious code or any program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functions of any computer software, hardware or communication equipment.

3. Content that endangers the safety of others or society

(1) Constitutes a threat to the privacy or safety of anyone;

(2) Threatening, abusive, harassing, infringing, bullying or violent content;

(3) Constitutes defamation, insult, rumor or intentional false content;

(4) Promotes harmful behaviors such as terrorism, extremism, self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;

(5) Involves illegal behaviors such as sexual exploitation, inducement, blackmail, etc. of minors;

(6) Content that is obscene, pornographic or constitutes sexual harassment;

(7) Involves discrimination, hatred or violent speech in the form of race, gender, religion, etc.

4. Prohibited conduct

(1) Promote or advocate criminal activity;

(2) Provide unauthorized medical, legal, financial, or tax advice;

(3) Facilitate fully automated decision-making that violates a user's legal rights or creates binding obligations.

5. Interfering with the Service

(1) Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers, systems, or networks connected to the Service;

(2) Use the name, image, or likeness of another person without authorization, especially outside of legitimate contexts other than public commentary or impersonation.

6. Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

7. We have no obligation to examine any contents provided by you, and we are not responsible for any liabilities caused by the breach of your obligations under this Agreement. We reserve the right to investigate the above-mentioned acts and take necessary measures at our sole discretion without prior notice, including but not limited to:

(1) deleting the relevant contents;

(2) limiting or terminating the use of the Service;

(3) reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, the State of Colorado of the United States of America, and the applicable local laws of the user’s jurisdiction in the Asia-Pacific region (including but not limited to Japan, South Korea); in case of any conflict or inconsistency between the foregoing laws, for users residing in or accessing the Services from Colorado, U.S., the laws of Colorado shall prevail; for users in the Asia-Pacific region, the applicable local laws of their jurisdiction shall prevail; for all other users, the laws of the United Kingdom shall prevail.
