Novi AI is an AIGC (AI-generated content) platform where users can create, upload, and share content, including images, videos, prompts, and other materials. Content available through Novi AI may be provided by users or generated through user inputs. Novi AI does not claim ownership of user-submitted content, and we are not responsible for content uploaded or generated by users.

Novi AI respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that content available on or through Novi AI infringes your copyright, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") notice as described below.

Notification of Copyright Infringement

Novi AI complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. §512. We have a policy to respond to proper notices of alleged copyright infringement and to take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

If you believe your copyrighted material has been posted on Novi AI, or if links to your copyrighted material appear on Novi AI and you want the material removed, you must provide a written communication that includes the information listed below. Please note: you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing.

What Your DMCA Notice Must Include

Your copyright infringement claim must include the following elements:

Authority: evidence that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
Identification of the copyrighted work: a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material: a description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on Novi AI (for example, the specific URL(s), content ID(s), screenshots, and/or at least one search term under which the material appears on Novi AI).
Your contact information: information sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good-faith statement: a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy and perjury statement: a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Signature: a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification should include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Novi AI may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, Novi AI may disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
